Babyalpaca Los Andes is a wonderfully soft, thick two-ply yarn. It has a very nice volume and even stitch definition. Los Andes is made from fleece or young alpacas and it is therefore particularly soft and fine. The fibre comes from the Andes and is spun in Peru. 

This yarn is perfect for all kinds of textured patterns but it is also very lovely in a simple stockinette stitch. Ideal for warm sweaters or cardigans, it is very light on the skin and is well tolerated by people with sensitive skin. 

Tip: It is advisable to always order enough yarn for your desired piece to ensure you knit your entire project with yarn coming from the same batch.
