Return Policy

I know things don't always play out as expected, so in case you want to return an item, I am happy to help.

You can return your item within 30 days of purchase. You can return your product for a refund to the original payment method. The orginal postage charges will be deducted from your refund.

Please note the following exceptions apply:

• Discounted items will not be accepted for return
• Returned items must have labels still on and be returned in original product packaging
• Returned items must have no visible signs of use.

Additional Information:

• We will process your return within two workings days
• International orders returns are at your own expenses and we advise you use a tracked service. If custom duties apply to your order and they are not paid, the refund will not be processed. The shop shipping policy for International orders is DDU (please refer to the shipping page to know more).
• If returns are lost or damaged, there will be a delay in handling your return of 15 working days
