Gepard CottonWool 3

CottonWool 3 is made of extra-fine merino lambswool and extra-fine cotton, spun together into a yarn that is very easy to use.

The yarn combines wool's insulating and moisture-absorbing properties with cotton's ability to quickly transport moisture away from the skin. It is suitable for all-year-round blouses - both for men and women, but especially good for children. 

The yarn is spun and dyed in Italy and is OEKO-Tex 100 certified.

The cotton is organic and certified since October 2016.

Composition: 50% extra fine merino wool, 50% extra fine organic cotton. The whole yarn is OEKO-TEX 100 certified.

Weight/length:  50gr / 230m

Recommended needle size: 3.00 mm - 3.5 mm

Gauge: 26-30 sts in 10 X 10 cm

CottonWool 3 has been given an anti-shrink treatment so that it resists felting. This means that you can wash the yarn up to a maximum of 30 degrees. The anti-shrink treatment is not a real superwash, but a treatment of the wool fiber with ordinary table salt.
