ISAGER TWEED is a single ply yarn with a mixture of wool and mohair.
The yarn has a raw expression, but the mohair fiber in the yarn helps to make it remarkably soft and give it a shiny sheen.
The yarn is suitable for both indoor and outdoor use, and with its small speckles in other colors it has a very lively surface.
Since the yarn is single ply and therefore only spun in the same direction, it can tend to pull crookedly if knitted in the round on a circular needle.
We recomment knitting flat. I the yarn is held together with other yarn qualities for colourwork projects or stockinette stitch, it will not be a problem to knit in the round.
